My framed jersey was delivered damaged. What do I do?
A:Please email support@sportsframer.com for the code. You will need to provide us with your team/league name and contact to verify your organization. We will then email back to you with your code.
A: You will provide us with your promotional code at check out. This will automatically update your pricing.
A: Of course! Click here for other framed memorabilia examples. Simply contact us with the details so we can arrange to send you the proper packaging to send your memorabilia back to us, or we can arrange to pick them up. Upon receipt of the additional pieces, a consultant will contact you to review your framing options.
A: Each jersey is stretched with a stiffener and hand sewn and mounted to the back mat board. A double outer mat combination is built up to create a shadow box to display your jersey. The finished piece is then backed with foam board and placed under plexi glass before it is fit into the black frame. A dust cover is adhered and a hanging device is then attached to the back of the frame. The finished piece passes through quality control and is then bubble wrapped, boxed and shipped to your destination.
A: We use the latest Epson printing technology.
The paper option is printed on a semi-gloss paper. The photos are then mounted to a foam board backing, placed under plexi glass, matted and fit into your selected frame.
The canvas option is printed on photo quality canvas. It is then mounted and fit into your selected frame.
All of the pieces receive a paper dust cover and a hanging device attached to the back of the frame. The finished piece passes through quality control and is then bubble wrapped, boxed and shipped to your destination.
A: Yes, you are more than welcome to set up an appointment to bring your memorabilia to SportsFramer.com. A consultant can then help select mats and frames for your other jerseys and memorabilia.
A: Our normal turnaround time is 2-4 weeks upon receipt of your jersey. Each supplied piece is custom framed. We will make every effort ship as soon as possible and let you know if there is a delay beyond four weeks.
A: We will make every effort to help with the turnaround time, but cannot guarantee a shorter turnaround. Please contact a consultant for further help if you need this service.
A: Yes, please see our framing options.
A: All of the framed pieces will be delivered via FedEx ground service. Included with your finished piece will be another envelope and label so you can send any other jerseys that you need to have framed. We do reserve the right to deliver jobs with multiple pieces. You will notified in advance if we are going to deliver your order.
A: Yes, your jersey is insured each way for $300.00. Additional insurance is available for a fee. Please contact us for rates and details.
A: No. Your memorabilia is delivered ready to hang. All you need is a hook on the wall and you are ready to enjoy your show piece.
A: Yes, we do offer a security hardware system for an additional $7.50 per piece. When ordering, it must be noted that security hardware is requested. Otherwise, a wire hanging device is standard and will be installed on the back of your piece.
A: We guarantee that your jersey and/or photo will be professionally framed and free from any defects. If you are not 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship of your product, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. Keep the packing material and box to use so we can have FedEx pick up the piece. We will then make arrangements to have your piece picked up and fixed right away.
Each piece is a hand made custom product. Other than receiving a damaged or defective piece, we do not accept returns.
A: Frames can arrive damaged, although rare, it does happen. When this occurs, please report any damages caused from shipping to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honored. We will then make arrangements to have your piece picked up and fixed right away.
